What You Need to Know About Ordering Catering

Hey Family! We’re thrilled to help you keep the legacy of Aunt Bill’s alive at your next event. Whether it’s a family gathering, corporate function, or special celebration, our soulful flavors are here to make your occasion unforgettable. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’ll assign you a personal catering concierge to ensure your request is handled with care.

Serving Sizes: Our half pans feed approximately 12-15 people, and full pans feed around 25 people.
Payment: Full payment is required 72 hours prior to your event.
Gratuity: A 15% gratuity will be automatically added to all catering orders.
Last-Minute Orders: Need catering on short notice? Orders requested with less than 72 hours’ notice may still be accommodated, but a $50 rush fee will apply.

Aunt Bill’s Catering This Thanksgiving Season

Hey Family,

Thank you for choosing Aunt Bill’s Catering this Thanksgiving season. We are truly grateful for your love and support.

We have now reached our holiday deadline for placing Thanksgiving pre-orders. Catering orders will resume on Friday, November 28, 2025.

Although our preorder capacity is full, we will proudly prepare many of our signature homemade sides for in-store purchase on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Doors will open promptly at 12 PM and close at 4 PM.
