Crawfish Is Back in Katy — Friday & Saturday at Aunt Bill’s (Until Sold Out)

This event has passed.

February 27 @ 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm

If you can smell the Cajun spice in the air… it’s probably coming from Aunt Bill’s Soul Food Cafe in Katy.

This Friday and Saturday starting at 12 NOON, we’re firing up the pots and serving fresh, hot, seasoned crawfish — and we’re going until we sell out.

And trust us… we sell out.

🔥 Fresh Boiled Crawfish in Katy — Done Right

When that tray hits the table, you’ll see the steam rolling. You’ll smell the garlic butter and bold Southern seasoning. You’ll feel the heat in the best way possible.

Our crawfish are:

  • Boiled fresh in batches

  • Packed with Cajun flavor

  • Juicy, tender, and easy to peel

  • Perfectly seasoned — not bland, not overpowering

This isn’t a buffet pan that’s been sitting. We cook throughout the day to keep it fresh — and when the last batch is gone, that’s it.
